Janelle Monáe Announces ‘The Age of Pleasure Tour’ Dates

Janelle Monáe is hitting the road later this summer. The Grammy-nominated singer has announced the North American dates for her Age of Pleasure Tour.

The 26-city tour kicks off Aug. 30 in Seattle, Washington, at WAMU Theater. From there, Monáe will make stops in Vancouver, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Nashville, Atlanta and more.

The tour will conclude Oct. 18 at YouTuber Theater in Inglewood, California.

Verizon presales begin Thursday, June 1, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, June 7, at 10 a.m. local time on ticketmaster.com.

Monáe’s forthcoming tour will support her new album, The Age of Pleasure, out June 9 on Wondaland Arts Society/Atlantic Records. The album will include the previously shared tracks “Float” and “Lipstick Lover.” 

The Age of Pleasure is the follow-up to Monáe’s 2018 album, Dirty Computer
