Periphery Goes Bi-Coastal with Special November Shows in California and Massachusetts

Roughly three months since the release of their latest album V: Djent Is Not A Genre, Periphery has finally scheduled their first headlining shows of 2023 — but just barely before 2024 hits. Announced earlier today, the progressive metal band revealed they’d be playing on November 4 at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California and on November 18 at The Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts.

In addition to their set, Periphery revealed that both shows will have similar opening acts. At the California gig, they’ll share the stage with Plini, Archspire, Thomas Giles, and Mike Dawes, while Thomas Giles will be replaced by Thank You Scientist at the Massachusetts show.

Though the band has been on the road a bit this year, Periphery guitarist Jake Bowen said it was exciting to set up something he feels will be “unforgettable.”

“Now that Periphery V has been released and the band has started touring again, we’ve been planning some unforgettable nights of music. It’s so cool to look at this line-up and see such diversity in one show, and we can’t wait to hit the stage with these bands.”

Tickets for both shows will be available to the general public this Friday, June 16 at 10 a.m. local time, though Periphery will host an artist pre-sale tomorrow.
