The Riptide Movement have today released their new single and video titled ‘All Works Out’ featuring the National Symphony Orchestra Ireland. Twenty years into their journey, The Riptide Movement return to one of their most meaningful songs with a version of ‘All Works Out’ that feels both intimate and grand in scope. Joined by National Symphony Orchestra Ireland, the band transforms the familiar track into something cinematic without losing the emotional honesty that made the original resonate so deeply. The music video captures that balance beautifully, allowing every note and expression to feel purposeful.
What stands out immediately is the atmosphere. Soft lighting, careful pacing, and the visible connection between the musicians create a sense of reflection that runs through the entire performance. Instead of relying on spectacle, the video leans into sincerity. Each orchestral swell gives the song a renewed emotional weight, making the lyrics land with even greater impact. The arrangement by Brian Byrne adds elegance while still preserving the rugged heart of the band’s sound.
Lead vocals carry a quiet wisdom throughout the performance, shaped by years of experience and shared history. You can feel the passage of time in the way the song unfolds, not as something heavy, but as something earned. The collaboration with conductor Gavin Murphy allows the orchestra to move naturally alongside the band rather than overpower it. Strings and brass rise around the melody like memories returning to the surface, giving the song a reflective warmth that lingers long after the final note.
The video also succeeds because it never forgets the human side of the story. Small visual moments between the performers reveal genuine respect and gratitude for the music they have created together over two decades. That feeling of connection extends outward to the audience as well. Fans who have followed The Riptide Movement for years will hear echoes of earlier memories inside this new interpretation, while new listeners are given a powerful introduction to the emotional core of the band.
‘All Works Out’ feels less like a celebration of longevity and more like a meditation on endurance, growth, and the quiet hope that keeps people moving forward. Few anniversary releases manage to feel this heartfelt. The combination of The Riptide Movement and National Symphony Orchestra Ireland results in a performance that honors the past while opening the song to entirely new emotional dimensions. It is a moving reminder that great music can continue evolving while still remaining true to itself.
