Two previously unknown candidates are reportedly in contention to become the next James Bond, according to The Hollywood Reporter, including Robert Pattinson and Nicholas Hoult.
Both actors are said to have recently screen-tested in London alongside other reported contenders Callum Turner, Jack Lowden, and Josh O’Connor. Variety reports that Harry Styles also had discussions about the part.
The next Bond film will be directed by Denis Villeneuve, who previously collaborated with Pattinson in the Dune 3, and will be the first installment released under Amazon’s stewardship of the franchise.
