The Now Turn Up the Eighties on New Single Did You Miss Me?

There’s a distinctly eighties glow around The Now’s latest offering. South Wales four-piece The Now are back with ‘Did You Miss Me?’, their new single landing 21st September via Trew Music, and it may well be their catchiest release yet.

Vintage guitars, glossy synths and a seriously groovy bassline provide the backdrop for a huge pop hook, while a late guitar solo brings the band’s rockier side crashing back in. The track then strips down to vocals and handclaps for an outro that practically demands a crowd singalong.

It’s the latest glimpse of ‘Moments in Motion’, the band’s second album, due 27th October.

Before then, The Now are taking the new material on the road, kicking off tonight (3rd September) at The Castle Hotel in Manchester, followed by Clwb Ifor Bach in Cardiff on 4th September and The Waiting Room in London on 5th September.
