Pelphrey sweetly gave Cuoco a kiss before he walked up to accept his Emmy, and Cuoco immediately started crying. The actor referred to Cuoco as “my love, my best friend, my partner.” He added, “I love you more than anything.” Pelphrey called their family “the crown jewel” of his life and gave their daughter a sweet shoutout.

How long have Tom Pelphrey and Kaley Cuoco been together?
Pelphrey and Cuoco have been together since 2022. They were set up by their shared manager and met at the Ozark premiere. Pelphrey earned his first Primetime Emmy nomination for his role in the Netflix series that year, while Cuoco received her third for The Flight Attendant.
Recalling their first meeting, Cuoco toldUSA Today, “I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight. We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together.”

In August 2024, the Hollywood power couple announced their engagement. They have yet to officially become husband and wife.
This will be Cuoco’s third marriage after her relationships with Karl Cook and Ryan Sweeting. Pelphrey hasn’t been married before.
Before she met Pelphrey, Cuoco had declared she would “never get married again” after her divorce from Cook. “I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership,” she told Glamourin 2022. “I believe in love because I’ve had incredible relationships. I know that they’re out there. I like being someone’s partner and having that companionship.”
That same year, she met the Task star and changed her mind about marrying again.

The Big Bang Theory actress and Pelphrey welcomed their first daughter, Matilda, in May 2023.
“You realize there’s no way to understand what it’ll feel like until you get to feel it. It’s wild,” Pelphrey said of parenthood to Entertainment Tonight. “It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever got to experience. I know Kaley feels the same way.”
In a June 2026 Instagram post, Cuoco shared that she was pregnant with their second child, another girl.
“Completing our little family, what a dream come true!” she wrote in the caption. “This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways, but wow we are so grateful for this moment!! Little sissy on the way!!! @tommypelphrey girl dad for life and yes, the last pic is our dainty princess giving us the middle finger!”
