Allegra reflected on the meaning behind ‘Romantic’:
“’Romantic’ is a song that I wrote about being the girl who believes in the fairy tale. A girl who doesn’t turn away the broken things but falls in love with them and believes in them. You know it might hurt you but just maybe if it all works out it will all be worth it.It’s like the Santa line…..You’re told the fairy tale as a child and then as you grow up you learn the “truth” but I still choose to believe in the magic and hope”.
