The Pitt actress Katherine LaNasa is in the running for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at the 78th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, and her husband, Grant Show, is right by her side. They posed on the Peacock Theater’s red carpet together on September 14.

Who is Katherine LaNasa’s husband?
Show got his start in the industry playing Rick Hyde on the soap Ryan’s Hope in the 1980s. He had his breakout moment in the 1990s playing Jake Hanson on the hit series Melrose Place from 1992 to 1997.
Decades later, Show notably played Blake Carrington in the Dynasty reboot from 2017 to 2022. Show’s most recent role was in the 2019 Hallmark movie Write Before Christmas.
The actor was previously married to actress Pollyanna McIntosh from 2004 to 2011.
LaNasa and her husband shared a sweet red carpet moment at the Emmys last year, which saw LaNasa nominated for the same award. “You have no idea how proud I am,” Show gushed to Entertainment Tonight. “You know, I’ve watched her, and she works harder than anyone I know.”
When she won the category later that night, LaNasa sweetly thanked her “beautiful husband” for “helping me always with everything.”
How did Katherine LaNasa and Grant Show meet?
The couple first met on the set of the HBO series Big Love, but their relationship didn’t start immediately. Show opened up about their road to romance in a 2013 interview.
“About eight months [after first meeting], I was in Vancouver working on a movie, and she was working on a pilot up there, too,” Show told Redbook. “We’d hang out with a mutual friend, but neither of us was available, so we were just friends who did casual things like go bowling. When I got back to L.A., I finally asked her out, and we went on a couple of real dates.”
He gushed, “We really have a great life; we say it all the time. I’ve gotten bigger and freer because of Katherine. I see the openness that she has and think you know what? I guess itis safe over there.”
LaNasa and Show got engaged in July 2012 and married just weeks later on August 18, 2012.
Was Katherine LaNasa married to Dennis Hopper?
Yes, LaNasa was married to actor Dennis Hopper from 1989 to 1992. When they wed, LaNasa was 22 years old, while Hopper was 53. Her relationship with Hopper led to her acting career. When they met, she was a professional dancer with the Karole Armitage Ballet.
She married her second husband, actor French Stewart, in 1998. They divorced in 2009.
